Former Govt of Cross River State. Sen. Imoke has been implicated in a mutilated certificate scandal to one Mr Patrick Offiong Bassey.
Rumour holds that this Mr Patrick had confirmed that the special advicer to the governor on chieftaincy affairs did the mutilation.
But we know government cannot issue a mutilated certificate.
Maybe Governor Ben Ayade will have to look into this before it gets out of hand.
Patrick offiong is said to be forcefully enthroned on the in it anwatim village of Kasuk qua town.
Certificate signed in 2013 issued to a village head chosen in 2016 . Could this be?
